I recently got a drive almost full notification. I have a 178 GB drive and in
all my life I would have never used it all. In looking around I found a
folder named "Mac Backup". It's size is 124 GB!! I cannot find a file or
program association to it. Does anybody have any ideas?

Probably a backup folder

have a look inside

likely the backup
utility needs some
fine tuning/configuration:

-------------------
something to keep in
mind - if the backup files
are not on a separate
partition, disk or external
drive, then it is pointless
for the archives to be on
the same partition.

one example is the awful
effect whereas the backup
utility might be backing up
the archives because they are
being stored on the system
partition.
