Yes you can, with text boxes and frames and tables floating.
But personally I would use applications that are designed for this kind of
work, such as Illustrator, Publisher, even good old PowerPoint will give you
a better chance of getting a good result. With PowerPoint remember that there
is always the biult in margin that has to be taken into account.
Personally I would have the page size at A3 (or tabloid for the US), that
way you can have your cut lines and get a much better fit into the spine and
front.
