Making a CD CD Inlay card...

After loads of trial and error (and wasted printer ink) I have finally got
the grid for a CD inlay card sorted. I am having one problem, however. As I
type the tracklisting, the the box expands, as it get's closer to being full.
The same is true when I insert pictures.
How do I put a lock on the size of the box, before I start adding art/info?
Once I have printed & cut out the inlay, it goes inside a CD box, so the size
has to be exact.

Alternatively, if anyone knows of a DTP type package dedicated to designing,
editing & printing CD inlays, PLEASE let me know....

Stop wasting any more ink on this. Word is poor for producing this type of
document (though you could use a table with cells of fixed size). Publisher
does a better job, but best of all, try Surething CD Labeller which makes
the job simplicity itself.
