(Folder is Empty)

My hard drive is littered with empty folders in many
categories. Can I safely delete them? Or can I delete
some and not others? Which ones?

Exterminate them.

If they are empty, why delete them? They are taking no disk space. Some
programs have empty folders that would be used when needed. It is best to
leave them all alone.
