Folder in C:

Hi Guys
What is this folder, it sets in my C: , i think it belongs to SP2 , If so do
i have to leave it there or can i delete it ?
I tried to delete it and cannot. Says acess denied. If i can delete it how
do i go about it? (maybe safe Mode?)
