Folder heirach. lines don't display

In the Folder List, I don't see any of the hierarchy lines. That is, I
have the little folders and files, they indent, I have the +/-
expansion arrows, but nothing connects them together.

Any known solutions?

I'm not sure that I follow that... the lines that are missing are the
ones that designate the file-folder hierarchy, not the web hierarchy.
 
Have you done a Repair?
