When using Windows Explorer, is there a way to show the
total size (KB's/MB's) of the folder at the bottom of the
page? For instance, if I click on My Documents, is there
a way to see the total size of the folder somewhere on the
page? Thanks.

Not there, but you get a popup which displays it on mousing over, if in
Folder Options - View you have 'show popup descriptions. . .' checked
(2nd from bottom)

Gandcp;
Windows Explorer/View/Details. View/Choose Details/Size is #2 on the list.
This will show the Size next to the Name. Or you can re-arrange the order of
the Details.
Or right click a file/Properties.
