Folder background images

In Windows 2000 I could set the background image for a
particular folder, along with a text color. With XP, I
copied my folders from my old PC to my new one. The
folders that I had modified under Windows 2000 have the
background image and the colored font. But, I can not
find any place to actually do it new in XP.
Anybody know what is going on?
