Folder and file created

I have noticed that when I save some files, mostly web pages, that the file
gets saved with the HTML type but there is also saved separately a folder
containing the GIF'S,script, style sheets, etc.
Is there any way to make XP save them all together? Perhaps putting the html
calling file in the folder also?

Save as Web Archive (*.mht).
Some pages cannot be saved.
