Focus Problem

Hi all,

I have a prob with my winXP changing the focused window
when:
I have multiple windows open.
I move the mouse off the currently active window, that
window loses focus.
If I move the mouse over another window, that window
gains focus.

Question is: What is the setting that allows me to move
the mouse of the currently active windos and still
maintain focus on that window?

Thank you

Hi

This is the setting in the mouse which allows you to capture the focus when u move the mouse pointer. If you have installed the drivers for the mouse then u get a program menu which allows you to tweak with the mouse settings. Look there and u will see a check box which says "Allow window to get focus whenever mouse is over it" or something related to it. It depends on the brand of the mouse that you are using. Also recommended to turn off the additional features of hte mouse which can be a nuisance sometimes
