Floppy error on shutdown

Whenever I shut down my pc, I get an error saying that the floppy disk
is infected. I then press ok and it shuts down. There is no floppy in
the drive and I havn't used one in quite a while. Also, when I switch
on my pc I get the active desktop recovery!

Any ideas?

Ok sorted seems like it was a problem with the mcaffe virusScan.
