Floppy drive

When I plug in a 3.5 in drive A the puter says that I
don't have access to that drive some kind of
administrative control is in place,,,well i am the
administrator of this puter and am not hooked up to any
network,, and haven't changed any configurations on this
puter.

Hi,

After inserting the floppy disk in the drive, open my
computer and then right click on the drive and hten choose
properties Then from the pop up window navigate to the
sharing tab and then identify who has permission to the
drive. your login id might be missing from this list. Or
you can add Everyone.
