Floppy Drive in My Computer

This has never happenned before, but in My Computer it shows the Floppy
Drive icon twice as (A:) and (B:)

Hi Clayton,

If you insert a floppy, can you access it from either one? Did you map
the drive?

Try reinitializing the machine from the bios..

I don't have the option in the BIOS to enable or disable (B:) yes both
drives can access a floppy disk.
I have restarted the system and only one shows up now and it's not showing
as (A:) but in fact (B:) strange

No mapping of drives has been done.

Look for "floppy drive swap" or similar in the BIOS.

Doesn't have many features like most motherboards, it's a Dell Dimension
8300 OEM board/BIOS , had the system for years and it's the first time I
noticed this happening
 
If you ever make a bootable CD out of a bootable floppy, and boot your
computer with it, it shows up as an extra Floppy Drive, until your next
restart.
