floppy disk

how do i make a floppy disk work in windows xl that was
created in windows 98 - when trying in xl it is
impossible to read?? thanks

Hi,

Chances are that the floppy drive head is missaligned in one machine or the
other. There is no reason you cannot read a floppy made in Win98 in a WinXP
system. Try the floppy on another system to see if it is the drive or if the
floppy is bad.
