floppy boot

I am trying to get a failed SP2 locked up computer to boot up on the
downloaded 6 floppys. Nothing I do gets me there. The computer I have I
purchased from a company that was downsizing. The computer was on a network.
I cannot get in as administrator. I tried the things Remesh suggested to
fix the "Entry Point Not Found" problem, but nothing is being removed. Is
there anything I can do?

Why not boot off the xp CD....? Or a 98 boot disk

Use Data Eraser and re FDisk the drive and use fat 32.
Easier to repair than NTFS
