Can I create a floating hyperlink menu bar in long Word document? It will be
put into a PDF when its completed.

You can create a toolbar (Tools/Customize/Toolbars) and add buttons to it that
are hyperlinks to other files. Or buttons with macros that jump you to a place
within the same file.

But I doubt very much this will convert over to PDF.
