Flipping a Spreadsheet

Is there a way to flip a spreadsheet so that the top titles of a chart run
down the side instead of across without losing all of the data?

We are exporting a report from FRX but for formatting reasons we need the
report to run down instead of across once we export it to excel.

Look in Help under Transpose.
