Flickering

Hi,

I am facing this problem in my application.
I am using listboxes in my form.
for the left nav, i am using Usercontrol which has lot of
JAVASCRIPT with MOUSEOVER events.

When the mouseover happens on the leftnav, the listboxes
flicker?????

Other controls are ok.

why is that flickering problem??
How to avoid it??

Pls help!
