Flickering data fields when mouse is moved around

I have an application that was moved from Access97 to 2000
and now to 2003 beta 2. With beta 2 version on some forms
and with some data fields when the mouse is move around
the form and pass over some (not all) field labels the
data in several fields will flicker and jump.
Any thoughts?
