flicker screen

I've noticed on my LCD monitor that when I am using an ap such as outlook
ex. or ie or even MS Works that there is some very minute flickering in the
lettering. Even right now as I am typing this and I can see everywhere that
there is writing that there is some ultra fine flickering. I also notice it
as I pass the mouse over the letters even more. It's not too distracting but
I think something must be wrong somewhere. Can anyone help me figure out
where I should start? Thanks for any leads into this investigation. Thierry

Change the video refresh rate.

This may requite you to install a manufacturer monitor driver.
