I havn't tried FlashMPEG... but Movie Maker doesn't work with Flash files or
MPEG-2 files.... so just from the name, it doesn't seem like a good fit.

FlaskMepg (in your subject line) is different than FlashMPEG. FlaskMpeg has
nothing to do with Flash files, it's mainly for converting DVD and MPG
files.

There are a number of programs listed on these shareware sites that might do
what you want:
