Flashing the BIOS with a CD Boot Disk

Anyone know how I can do the above. I have a Shuttle PC which has no floppy
drive.

Download a DOS Boot Image file and use that in your
CD Burn program, choosing a Bootable CD. Add your
BIOS modules to the disk. Boot & Run.
NOTE: Using a Read-Only media, you won't be able
to save your existing BIOS data, only update.
