Flashing Taskbar Icons

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a way to stop the minimized
taskbar application icon flashing orange when the
application needs attention? The flashing becomes
annoying for me if I am concentrating on another
application, and, for example, someone sends me a MSM
message...

Not sure of a solution short of hacking the registry, experiment at your own
risk! It might just be easier to turn MSN off if you do not want to be
disturbed!
Please reply if you require the registry hack, didn't have time to post!!

PowerToys is available at Microsoft's, I don't remember the address..
