does anyone know where i can find detailed architecture of flash memories?
I tried searching the web but blasted multimedia flash is getting in my way


I need more architectures for comparison and some detailed studies so any
help is very much appreciated

You could narrow your search a bit - search for SD technology or
CompactFlash technology or similar?? Or search on Google and put a minus
sign before words you want NOT in your search. EG:

flash +memory +technology -macromedia -multimedia

This info should be readily available on the manufacturer's web sites; intel
or amd would be my starting place.
