Flash Drive

I just got a flash drive and put it in the usb port.
it shows up no where.
Ive searched for hours trying to find it.

Please Help
 
I have tried all other usb ports
When I went to install that it said "The INF File You Selected Does Not
Support This Method Of Installtion"
