Flash Drive Partitions

I got a flash drive with two partitions.
How did they do that?
It is a 512MB flash and two partitions: 25MB and remaining MB

The same way one partitions any drive. Now, WHY is a different story.

OldGuy,

The moment you erase the BootRecord currently on the stick the OSes own
diskmanager will be happy to partition it any which way you want, just as
for a regular drive.

I assume you're talking about the Control Panel, Admininstrative
Tools, Computer Management section in XP?
