FLASH DISK

I HAVE A USB FLASH DISK THAT IS WORK FINE IN DEVICE MANAGER, HOWEVER IT IS NOT DISPLAYED IN EXPLORER THEREFORE I CANNOT ACCESS IT??????

RUNNING WIN XP PRO.

HELP HELP
