Fixing (and locking) Outlook font sizes

My Outlook font sizes revert to 8pt type with some regularity, once or twice
a week. How can I prevent them from doing that? (I prefer an 11pt type.) I
am using Outlook 2003

Tools menu > Options > Mail Format tab > Fonts

Thanks for answering. Your answer may solve the problem for outgoing email,
but I doubt that it will solve the problem where it is most serious for me.
The problem is most serious for me when viewing the Inbox, Contacts,
Calendar, and Tasks windows. I know how to set the font sizes for those
windows, but for reasons unknown to me, they will suddenly revert back to 8pt
type, and not all of them at once.

Thanks again for your help. Perhpas you can advise me further.
