Fixboot problem! HELP!!!!

i issued a "Fixboot" Command on a System Partition (which was NOT the
boot partition)
and now i can't access the data on the drive!
it damaged my partition tables. all my documents are in this drive.
how can i fix it?

Perhaps if you decribed the OS and SP; the physical disk(s); the
logical partitioning scheme; whether there is/was any 3rd-party boot
manager or other unexpected Partition Table structure beforehand....
I've never seen FIXBOOT mess up on anything "normal" before (FWIW).

What can you see of the disk from CD Recovery Console.
