Fix for "you chose to end the nonresponsive program, Microsoft Out

I have been doing everything to get rid of this pop up "you chose to end the
nonresponsive program, Microsoft Outlook", then it wants me to send a report
to Microsoft, then another pop up that wants me to close Outlook and send a
report.
Any help is appreciated.
