FIX for RPC shutdown

Heres what I just did and seems to work for now, probably
a temp fix,
Goto your control panel and open administrative tools,
open services,
click on standard tab (on bottom)
Select Remote Procedure Call (RPC)
Select Recovery
change the 3 options from shut down to Take no action -
been up and running since about 5 minutes now.

Do not reconnect to the Internet until the worm is verifiably gone. Your
system is at great risk if you are infected AND connected to the
Internet.
