Fix for IE 6 process persisting...

I've been frustrated by the problem of IE processes persisting in task
manager after closing IE and preventing reopening, for several years
of IE now, and have seen a lot of posts from MVP's suggesting it was
due to spyware, or that we need to reinstall IE. Just want to bring to
everyone's attention that it does appear to be a *Microsoft* problem
in user32.dll; see KB 816769. (But, I haven't yet been able to get the
fix from them...)

The solution if it's yours is to contact MS and just ask for the fix nothing
else the will not be any charges.
