Fix for FP2003 Preview mode "dead" links

http://support.microsoft.com/?id=823720 describes a simple 1 line registry
fix that makes links actually work in FP2003 Preview mode. I just put the
fix on my system and it works perfectly.

There's also an exe you can download and run if you don't like editing the
registry.
