Fitting to browser

How do you get a webpage to automatically fit to whatever
setting/browser an individual has when they view it from
the internet. I am using FP 2002.

Use tables set to 100% width.

The question is are you using tables as the main
structure? If not then Thomas is correct 100%. If your
using tables then select the tables tag, properties then
auto fit. I reconmend using Layout tables and cells tools
it makes life very simple. Good luck.

As you work on your page layout, you can check to see how it will look on
different monitors at www.anybrowser.com. And another cross checking tool
that includes Netscape default browser windows, is at
http://www.wpdfd.com/restest.htm. Anybrowser.com includes webTV, which is
sort of the ultimate test for compatibility. I found these tools extremely
useful.

It's still a good idea to visit friends who use other monitor resolutions to
see the test page full size. And you can download a lot of past versions of
Netscape for testing, plus Opera. For past versions of IE you need more than
one computer, or friends who are slow to upgrade.
