Hello,
I have a excel file that I want to give a seminar on how to fill out the
schedules in the file. Is there any way in powerpoint to shrink or to fit
the different schedules into powerpoint. I have tried to copy the
schedules into the powerpoint as a picture, it is readable but not very
professional looking. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Suggestion,
Copy and paste smaller ranges from Excel into PPT! Size is size and
size counts.

Hi Mac,

why do you want to use PowerPoint? If I give a seminar about Excel, I use
Excel. If you don't want the toolbars of Excel, you can switch the view to
fullscreen. If you need to show additional information on slides, use
Alt+Tab or hyperlinks to switch between PowerPoint and Excel.

Kind regards,
Ute
