Fitting a file on cd

How do I fit a 1.65GB file on a 700MB CD? Its already in ISO Format. Would I
covert into a DAA file? I do not know what to do.

Help!
 
You can't fit a 1.65GB file onto a 700MB cd, that's like trying to get 2
gallons of milk into a gallon milk jug.
If it's a 1.6GB ISO it is likely a DVD image and you cannot put it on a cd.
