Thank you mf in advance 4 any help you may give! I have net zero 8.0 - a
window keeps poping up asking me to download Windows Internet EXplorer 7.0
for windows XP - WHY ? If i already have 8.0? SHOULD I download it? Also,
when i am connecting 2 the internet the window used 2 show the netzero logo
now it shows Juno logo???Why? I realize these r very stupid ??'s however, I
do not have the brain ability 2 learn easily or retain what I learn for that

I really don't think I understand that but... I'll make an effort.

It is asking you download INTERNET EXPLORER 7, you have NETZERO 8. The two
aren't related. (And are you sure it isn't automated updates asking you to
download it?)

It shows the Juno logo probably because, for whatever reason, you're now
connecting to Juno.

When dealing with the technical side of things it is best to spell words as
they are meant to be spelled - this makes comprehension easier as there are
so many various versions of software available that when you have a mix of
letters and numbers that don't make sense, well, they don't make sense. If
English isn't your native language you might want to try a group that is
based on your native language.
