first steps in windows mail-heeeelp!

can someone tell what should i do? I don't know how to send an e-mail,should
i have to register me, to create a new e.mail account or something like it.
And where can i find informations about the servers?!! I read a little in
Wikipedia haha but these things are new for me and i need to start with
easy-first steps!!!!

Your email account provider should have a help page on their website with
the correct server names and settings.
Some even have tutorials. If they don't have one for Windows Mail, use the
one for Outlook Express.

Or, if you tell us who provides your email account, perhaps someone can
help.

Contact your ISP (i.e., hispeed.ch) or Email Provider for the correct
settings you'll need then see...
