First Name Last Name

When I put in a member of the address book I have to use
lastname,firstname I would like to be able to user first
name lastname, I used to be able to do this but now I
can't. The address book is set to lasname, firstname and
always has been but it still let me do first last and
find the user in the address book. Thanks
 
You failed to post your Outlook version.
No version of Outlook has a setting for "Last, First" in the Address Book
interface.
Give a more accurate account of your settings.
