First name Last name combination in ADS

Hi all

ADS is checking for uniqueness for Fisrname last name. We
are not able to add user with same first name and last
name under a ou for more than once.
The error is

The object <name of user or object being created> could
not be created.
The problem encountered was;
An attempt was made to add an object to the directory with
a name that is already in use.

And i found a article in Microsoft
Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 234051 stating there is
a knowing problem Is there any workaround for this so that
we can add the same first name and last for more than once
and keep userlogin name as unique.

No, as there is a requirement that dn of the object is unique. You can
create the same user in another OU.

If you are just concerned about have the same display name, create the user
with a different "Full Name" in the user creation wizard. Then go to the
property page for that user and change the Display Name to be whatever you
want. The "Full Name" field in the wizard is used to populate both the
displayName and CN attributes. Since the CN has to be unique for that
container you have to use something different than previous users. The
displayName doesn't have to be unique (though it will be hard to tell the
difference between the two users in the GAL) so it can be changed once the
user object is created.
