First ID: 13565 and then ID: 13562

The "DOMAIN SYSTEM VOLUME (SYSVOL SHARE)" was in JRNL_WRAP_ERROR. I followed
the advice to use Enable Journal Wrap Automatic Restore. At first everything
was looking perfect.

But now when I restart the server first ID: 13565 is coming up. File
Replication Service is initializing the system volume with data from another
domain controller.

The after 5 minuttes ID: 13562 appears: Could not bind to a Domain
Controller. Will try again at next polling cycle.

When I tried to open the Active Directory for Users and Computers it
response; Naming information cannot be located because: The server is not
operational.

If anyone could help me, I would be grateful.
