In an earlier thread I said first day of week was defined as monday, not
sunday and forgot all about the thread, so I never got to reply on where
it says that.

So here it is.

ISO 8601 - International Standard Date and Time Notation

"A week starts with Monday (day 1) and ends with Sunday (day 7)."

Yes, that's an ISO standard, but that doesn't change the fact that in
many countries and cultures, the week still begins on Sunday.

I was referring to how Visual Studio .Net should enumerate DayOfWeek. In
my opinion it should follow international standards. However, it does not.
