Go to the website of the manufacturer of your CD-ROM.
Look for the technical support / customer support section of the website.
Find the firmware update you require.
Follow the manufacturer's installation instructions very carefully.
If you have any questions about the firmware or the upgrade process, ask the manufacturer. Do NOT upgrade the firmware until you are very clear on what you need to do.
