I have recently read an article that states that you
should never have two firewalls running at one time as
they can interfere with each other. I am running Windows
XP Home and have checked and found that this is enabled.
I also have Nortons Internet security and the firewall in
this product is also enabled. They both seem to be
working OK and I have recently run a check through
secure1.securityspace.com and this came back saying that
I was secure (no ports open). Should I disable one of
these firewalls? I have also tried to check in the
Windows log to see if I have been attacked and cannot
seem to find Windows/pfirewall.log. Any hints?
Thanks in advance
