If you have turned ZA off, be sure to turn ICF on.
Norton is a very powerful program that can cause lots of
problems, friends of mine have quit using it, since other
programs do the same job and don't cause problems with other
software.

|
| If it BSODs with ZA running, but not without it, there
must be
| some incompatibility between ZA and something else you're
| running--perhaps some background program. If you want to
| trouble-shoot this, I would check in MSCONFIG to see
what's
| running and try temporarily diabling each of them one at a
time
| and run ZA. If you can find some combination where it
stays up
| with ZA and without some other program, you've found the
| conflict.
|
| Another thought: I've seen problems between Norton
Anti-Virus's
| E-mail checking and ZA's E-mail Protection. If you run NAV
and
| have both of these enabled, try turning it off in ZA.
