Firewall

I am unable to connect to the Internet through Dell Jukebox by Musicmatch
because the firewall from this program, ZoneAlarm, is preventing me. I am
pretty sure that this is the issue, but I can't figure out how to disable the
ZoneAlarm firewall since I thought I already removed the program using
Add/Remove softeware in the control panel. How can I remedy this problem?

If it is already removed and not running in the notification area of the
system tray then it's not the firewall that's blocking you. Depending on
your connection to the 'net it could be your router's firewall or the like.
Without knowing more that's about all I can say other than you may wish to
check for malware which causes all sorts of crazy things to happen. Beyond
that your hosts file could contain errors too I suppose.
