Firewall

I have my own firewall and do not wish to use XP SP2's version however when I
try to turn it off, it will not turn off, the screen always shows as on, any
ideas on how to get it off. ??
 
the on indication is your personal firewall's
the setup for windows firewall is done by "windows firewall" button at the
bottom of the windows security center window..

i guess..
