Firefox question

I have two profiles set up in Firefox 1.0.7 - one for me personally plus the
default user. OS is Win XP Pro.

One one profile, when I right-click on a link to open the page on a separate
tab, the focus changes to the new tabbed page. On the other profile however
the focus remains on the current page.

I want to change it but I can not find any settings to change. How's it
done?
