Firefox Flash Click to Play

I used to have a Firefox extension called 'Flash Click to Play' or
something very like that. The flash applets weren't even dl'd until you
clicked on them.

I don't know where the extension went, and now what I have is the thing
you're supposed to click on, but nothing happens when I do. The
extension does *not* show up in the extension manager.

Anybody know what's going on?

I don't think it's been called 'Flash Click-to-View' for a couple of
years now. You want FlashBlock.

If you had an old version installed, you may want to check the
uninstall instructions to make sure it's all cleared out. Upgrading
FlashBlock used to be a real PiTA, but if you can get the new version
installed on Fx 1.5, it should be good from there on.

Thanks, that helped. I haven't installed 1.5 yet, and I had a bit of
trouble uninstalling the old version, but flashblock is installed now.
