Firefox: context menu?

Can anyone tell me how to add a new line to the right-click context menu in
Firefox? I'd like to be able to send downloads to Flashget.

maybe - use FlashGot extension?

I use an earlier version of a download manager called FlashGet (not ...Got)
-- unless the app has changed its name in the past couple of years?? I'll
